  • Almonds are rich source of Vitamin E. Eat 5-6 almonds daily. It makes your skin smooth & increases skin glow.
  • Before going to sleep, apply Pure Ghee (Butter) on lips & on belly. This makes your lips smooth & avoid dryness.
